200 Sunrises

Yesterday I performed an 80/20 analysis of 2016. From my analysis I gleaned that on days I got up early (5am-6am) I was happier and more productive. Getting up early before others in the household gives you some quiet time to relax and reflect before the day. It also has a nice side effect of keeping me out of trouble the night beforehand.

I've come up with the goal of seeing 200+ sunrises in 2017. That comes out to roughly 4 sunrises per week. I've already started scheduling early CrossFit classes and volunteer shifts in order to force some accountability on my end.
